Travel Report: Daegu, South Korea | Finnish |
What is studying like?
Studying is quite easy, even when studying in English. Usually you have to
attend all the classes, but not all teachers check your absence. There is more
discussion on the classes than in Finland, but this can be because of the
exchange students. Koreans are usually quiet.
Projects are not very big (except in business classes) and
usually Koreans copy the material from single sources. There are a lot of
presentations, but only short ones. Koreans usually read directly from a paper
and this does not seem to bother teachers. |
