Where do you get help in problem situations?
It's certain that you will have problems, but there is always someone to help!
In official things like visa and bank issues you should ask international
center. You can drop by any time and they are ready to help right away. They
also reply to emails fast.
At the dormitory, there is an assistant living
downstairs whom you can ask for help in dormitory issues. Everyone has also a
buddy student, a Korean who helps you in the beginning and shows you all the
important places. Important help is also received from a roommate and all other
Korean students. Koreans are very helpful and even if they don't know the answer
they try their best to help.
